Pay only after Keenly confirms your total. We verify payment before accepting and allocating an order.

Ready-stock preparation: 7–10 business days after order acceptance. Courier delivery time is separate.

Delivery availability and shipping fees are confirmed individually based on your location, selected items, and packed parcel. Orders outside our confirmed delivery coverage require separate feasibility and shipping verification.

Care, quietly.

Wipe gently with a soft cloth lightly dampened with water, then dry with a soft cloth. Avoid harsh cleaners and abrasives. Do not soak or leave in prolonged contact with moisture. Wipe spills promptly, especially strongly colored or oily substances. Handle with care and avoid hard impacts or drops.

Small isolated pores or micro-bubbles and restrained tonal or texture variation can occur when the piece remains safe, functional and visually balanced. Cracks, structural damage or significant defects are not considered normal handmade variation.
